Some of you will have seen that on Friday 15th December the Catalis Group (a media services group based in the Netherlands) made an offer to the shareholders of Kuju PLC. As a public company, Kuju PLC shares are tradable on the stock market and the Catalis Group clearly felt that Kuju was undervalued on that market and would make a good addition to their portfolio of media services companies. On the assumption that the offer succeeds Kuju will become a part of the Catalis group, however there are no plans to change the day to day operation of Kuju or its long term strategy. That means no change for Rail Simulator which remains one of Kuju’s most important titles and is aiming for release in early 2007.
