GTW Still lives!

At Durand, MI yesterday, I saw 2 GTW GP38-2s. One was tacked onto the end of 2 UP SD90MACs and the other was crammed into a 7 loco lashup, which included some black IC SD40-2s. :)

4918 was in an intermodal train that picked up some empty autoracks from Durand Yard. Power also included 2 Union Pacific SD90MACs, numbers 8215 and 8113.

4909 was in with a gaggle of locomotives. 3 IC SD40-2s, a C44-9W, a WC SD40-2, and a SD60F were all with it. They dropped off some cars in the yard, probably for the Huron and Eastern after the holiday.

4918 definately looks sad. The back end is bonna-fide pink. 4909 isnt that bad, but shes getting there.

I caught this lonely geep working at a grain elevator in south-western Idaho last May. Poor quality due to rain, distance and reduced resolution for the upload.
