Went out, and just got back. I got a rare B36-7 second out on a work train, and a rare CSX boxcar, fromerly B&O, exx FGEX(Sold Gold).
BTW, Never wear a black T-Shirt when its 99 degrees out with your back to the sun. ;)

Nice B36-7, too bad it is in MOW service now, ive seen them as leaders on manifests before, never seen so much smoke except from an Alco, excellent shots wyatt.

Actually, the B36-7 is still in feight service. I saw the same unit leading a SD40 and a GP40-2 on a long rack train when I was coming home from Guitar about a month ago. I didn't notice it was the same unit till I looked at the pic. For some reason, the C36-7's and the B36-7's smoked as much if not more as the Alco's did.

Yup, you can still catch B Boats in different service. Last one I saw was doubled with an SD70ACe.
