NRHS Convention

Last week was the NRHS convention.I think it was held in New Philadelphia, Ohio.I wanted to get pictures of the 1293 when it pullled the train on thursday, july 20th. I was busy and could only get this video of it passing through my hometown.

not bad really, shaky yes, but Ive seen worse videos of trains, and I have yet to see any steam engines south of me, so good stuff man.

I'd record video away from crossings, personally. It's sort of annoying when you want to hear the train and all you can hear is 'dink-dink-dink-dink-dink-dink-dink-dink-dink-dink!'

All i really need is a new camera. This was taken with a Polaroid PDC 3070 3.2mega pixel. It only takes video at 9fps!:-( There is no capability for a tripod and I forgot that the new crossings continuosly ring until the train has cleared.
