Here's UP 844 leading the Colorado State Fair Express last Saturday. Here's it's passing through Louviers, Colorado. SD70ACe #1989, the D&RGW Heritage unit was a helper in this train, but not visible in the picture. I thought that 3985 was supposed to lead this train, but it was 844. Does anyone know if something is going on with 3985? We haven't seen her all summer here. 844 did the Frontier Days train, too.
