I was working on the P42 #100 a while ago, I might have to dig it up from the dead. On my old PC, I had TSM, and I was going to make Amtrak F69PHAC's. Alex stroshane sent me some drawings of the engines. If anyone wants to see the drawings please send me a PM with your e-mail adress.

I had trainsim-backshop.com owner create one with photoreal textures. I will have to get NALW's permission before releasing it.

There is one in the works . North American Locomotive Works are making the Viewliner cars for the Northeast Corridor Pack 2 along with the Amtrak Horizon cars. Hope that helps.

an Amtrak dash-9? ok then.... eh not as bad as an HO model "Life-Like" made a few years back, an Amtrak U50B.anybody else remember those things? but anyway, Hey if you want a Amtrak Dash-9, have fun. I might be releasing a Superdetailed AC4400CW reskinners kit in a couple months. Just stating it has both cab and nose headlights, porch mounted ditchlights, cab numberboards, the rear headlight has full capabilities just as the front does), it rides on GE's Radial Stering trucks, (not the Hi-Adhesion trucks), has a large plow on the front and back. It has custome sounds, recorded from an AC4400CW (all notches), a cutome horn, and various sounds including the classic air compressor, squealing of the brakes when slowing down at speeds of 5mph-.5mph. Anyway as you can tell this doesn't follow any prototypes locomotives, but it's a reskinners kit of a fictional AC4400CW, for my fictional railroad. Wjile it's not a C44-9W, it's better. (in my opinion). sorry for getting off track.

Why on earth would you want an Amtrak C44-9W? They never even had any...

What would be nice if someone could make a P30CH nickname the POOCH.

Danny Beck said in that post that he could of ended up doing the P30CH locomotive since Danny lived in sunny Arizona and said that he saw the P30CH a lot of times. Also Rowie was making one of those POOCH locomotives.

Well, 3dtrains are making updated version of the Surfliner cars. 3dtrains actually made these cars. Maybe when the updated version of the
Surfliner and Metrolink cars are released the cars might be released in the file library.

I think you and Andy made an Amtrak Cascades set once.

"Well, 3dtrains are making updated version of the Surfliner cars. 3dtrains actually made these cars."

While updating the Surfliner trainsets has been discussed in-house, it is not on our priority list at the moment. But, who knows? You never know what may happen.

"Maybe when the updated version of the Surfliner and Metrolink cars are released the cars might be released in the file library."

Um....no. If anything it will probably be similar to the setup we had established before with any repaints needing to be approved of first, and then only being available through our own forum.

So repaints of the Surfliner cars will be released on your forum for now on.

Did you even read what was posted above, or did you just omit the words 'will,' 'probably,' 'future,' and 'maybe' selectively?
