3-bay and 4-bay ACF Hoppers

Is anyone working on new 3 and 4 bay ACF hoppers that have rounder wheels on the trucks (like the 2-bay that are in the library)?

I recall someone once working on these, but decided to put them to the side after someone else said they where doing theirs. Who knows now. Maybe the person that was first doing them, will see the post and start work on them again.
