Conrail C32-8

I'm wondering if anyone was planning a Conrail C32-8? I'm not asking you to start one, but was wondering if one is in progress. Also, has anyone done an EMD 710G sound package? it's weird operating SD60's, SD70's, and SD80's that sound like SD40-2's. any help would be appreciated. Thankyou.

There is a bonus pair of CR C32-8's in the Ballast Express scheme that come with DW's CR C39-8 set.
