Bulkhead/Logger Car Request

Okay, I know this sounds slightly picky, but is there a model of a bulkhead flat where the wheels don't go through the bottom of the flat? This picture shows what I mean:

I've tried all the models in the library and they all do this. Would someone please make a new model because this really annoys me.
