Modifiying Signalmaster's BNSF replacements

I'm wondering if Mr. Sundermeyer could make a signal similar to this one:

Would it be possible to add the two lower heads to the intermediate signal Mr. Sundermeyers BNSF replacement signals in either a three or four head configuration? These signals are found at the approaches to either a siding or crossover and serve as an indicator for which direction the interlocking is lined.
