GE Evolution series locomotive

Hi, forgive me if this has been asked before, but is there an Evolution series locomotive out there anywhere, or is anyone working on one? If not, that is what I would like to see. Thanks! :)

Streamlines includes 2 BNSF ES44ACs with their Sceinc Sub payware route. For freeware, I believe that MASW has a Union Pacific ES44AC at their website.
