Amtrak Piedmont GP40

I'm wondering if there's anyone out there that can do a reskin of the GP40 kit to NCDOT 1792 City Of Charlotte? I'd do it, but I don't exactly have alot of money to burn on Photoshop or something. Thanks.

Do a google search for Slavasoft Paint Express.

It's free.

It isn't as powerful as all those expensive ones, but as you work on repaints, you get better at it.

Ok, I tried this...are there any reskining tutorials around for it? As I can't get much of a result.

It's entirely dependent on the effort that you put into it. Every program is like that, some have tools that can be more useful than doing everything by hand.

Reskinning isn't something that can be picked up in a short amount of time.

Alright. I'll see what I can do. If I can't do anything with it, I'll post back here, and hopefully someone else can do it. For now, off to try and reskin.
