Looking For

[SPS 700]

This is directed at Frank, as he as MR Crafts Man Magazine, and so on. I am looking for plans to build my own HO scale transfer table and pit etc. Along with the yard and buildings that go with a transfer table.

The only thing I have on transfer tables is an article from Model Railroader on how to build one, but there are no usable drawings. I'll check to make sure when I get home (hopefully by next week).

A drawing does exist in the February 1948 issue of Railroad Model Craftsman on page 25...but I don't have that issue.

... and enter "Transfer table" in the search box...the first three of the seven results will give you plans and photos for a transfer table and locoshop.



Other than that...just do a google image search on "Transfer table" and "Backshop" or "locomotive shop". I've been planning on eventually doing a diesel-servicing "kit" with loco-backshop/carshop and transfer table using the Walthers kits as a reference.
