I was wondering if someone could do me a huge favor? Would it be possible for someone to repaint the AC4400CW from the free-ware version of MLT's Kicking Horse Pass, into CP's dual-flags scheme? If it is at all possible, thanks in advance.

Tom.

If you search in the library under Modern Diesel Locomotives with the string AC4400, there are at least five dual flag AC4400 among the 23 files.

Hi Tom:

I'd be willing to give it a try. I'm certainly not as talented as the bunch at MLT, or even many other repainters here, but the result will look good (pardon me for blowing my own horn) and pull your trains. You can check out my (limited) work in the file library: I suggest you look at cp5422.zip or cp3254.zip. I also have the SD40-2B on my computer in dual flags, but have never released it. Let me know if you would like a look at it and I will upload it to the library. If you like my work, let me know, and I'll put it on my to do list. I will warn you, though, that I'm busy doing web site work and some other repaints, so I can't promise when it will get done.

Could you please direct me to the Kicking Horse free-ware route (I'm guessing that it's the one at the CP website). I have the pay-ware version, and there are no AC4400CW's included.

Tom:

I hate to disappoint you, but I have just been handed a new client at work that will tie me up for a few months. I'm not going to have much time for MSTS until the project is wrapped up, so I'm going to have to withdraw my offer to help. I do appologize, but the paying graphics work has to come first.

ah don't worry about it. I don't need it that badly plus I'm kind of teaching myself how to reskin an engine... first try, didn't look so well....
