Need help with LoD

Does anyone have an idea how exactly to do the LoDs with TSM ?
I got a tut from Steam4Me but it does not want to work for me.
There must be a step I am missing.
Any ideas, please,

What is the exact problem? Every LOD level has to use the same textures and every part has to have the same properties in regards to transperancies. You could do it the easy way and use Polymaster.

Where does one find PolyMaster?

Well, what I did was search on Google for PolyMaster and after looking through all kinds of drywaller's places it showed one for PolyMaster as for textures for TS.
Can't remember what the addy was.
