Building a Non-Track Bumper

I'm working on a drive in warehouse, non unlike the one by Enocell.

Instead of an all the way through the building, I want the siding to end inside the warehouse, with, if nothing else, a completely static bumper, against the loading dock.

If I were to write a complex SD file, would that work like a bumper? Would I be able to nudge a car against it, and have the car stop?

I'm wondering if anyone else has tried it, as that itself is a fair size undertaking, just for this one warehouse.

Just looking for others experiences.
