Along some highways such as the PA turnpike, one can find tall barrier fences next to the side of the road especially next to subdivision which abut the highway. These fences serve to protect the homes in the subdivsion from problems on the highway. Are there any such barriers available for MSTS? Maia

Tall barrier fences? Made out of concrete, perhaps? Those likely aren't for "protection" but more for noise. If they're not concrete... need more information. If they haven't been made, I'm sure they could be. ;-) Pictures?

Those are noise barrier fences to cut down on the constant roar from the traffic. Usually of concrete, brick, earth work, hedges, etc...

They would be easy for anyone to construct and make use of some existing textures for concrete, brick, etc...
