Need help with the several Whitfish and Kootenai routes

Hi,

there are 7 Whitfish routes in the file library. Are these 7 different routes, or is Whitefish #7 the latest version of Whitefish #1? If so, have I to download and install all 7 Whitefish routes? What about Whitefish4-Hawk?

What about the Kootenai routes? There are Kootenai in 5 parts plus one fix, and there is a Kootenai-DM. Are these seperate routes, or is the DM an update or replacement?

I'm very confused, please help!

You are correst in your assumption: Whitefish 7 is the latest iteration of the original. Marias-Kootenai is a merging/extension/improvement of Whitefish3 or 4, and Marias Pass 3.0.

cgsmithmo thanks for the quick response. My target is to have all the routes/extensions around the Marias Pass 3.1 (my favorite US route). I need instructions for what I have to download to get the most updated versions of that routes.

There are only two routes you should be interested in: WF6 and WF7.The latter contains an extension to WF6 and looks good but I have had a problem with the signalling and cannot run activities properly,and as running activities is the only point of the sim I continue to use WF6.
