Hi! I've noticed that in Athol (Kootenai Route) a lot of trees
doesn't change in night texture and are bright as in daytime.
Any fix or suggestion?
Take a look:

Hi Maurizio
The use of alternate textures of a shape (any shape) is detemined in its matching .sd or shape definition file. There are two possible answers:
1) As they do not tend to be glowing in the night, trees should not have a night texture at all, but use the regular daytime/summer (or "normal") texture also at night.
For a tree, you only need a "normal" one plus a snow texture in the subfolder snow, which would require the line ESD_Alternative_Texture ( 1 ) in the .sd file. Or, if you want them to be of a more advanced type, they could have a "normal" texture plus all the seasonal textures in the subfolders autumn, autumnsnow, spring, springsnow, winter and wintersnow, which would require the line ESD_Alternative_Texture ( 252 ) in the .sd file.
If the trees in the above picture do have an ESD_Alternative_Texture ( 257 ) in their .sd file, change that to ESD_Alternative_Texture ( 1 ) to cure the glowing effect.
2) If the .sd files are ok, then the texture mode inside the .s file might erraneously be set to bright or halfbright. Open the .s file in ShapeFileManager. Uncompress it if it is still compressed, then right click on it and select "Texture Modes" from the pull-up menu. That will bring up the light (reflection) properties of the shape. Change it to "normal" and the trees will no longer glow in the dark.
