Firstly, Wow, I still have this account? amazing...
I haven't been here in years, I first came here five or six years ago as a complete noob, but I'm over that now. I finally got a computer that runs MSTS well, for the first time in a year, But, I have problems.
I'll talk about my first here. I recently downloaded the Port Ogden and Northern 10 route, last night, In fact. But, after the download, something strange happened...the game couldn't find "sd402.eng" or "us2cementhopper.wag" (unsure on the exact filename on that last one) I have the default SD40 under "sd40.eng," but I can't find this hopper anywhere. I've got the original V1.0 game, but I've downloaded the Microsoft V1.2 patch as well, and the game itsself is fully downloaded. What do I do?
My other problem is general to MSTS on my conputer, adn I hope you dont mind me adding it here: I have an Acer Aspire 2180 notebook, brand new, running Windows Vista. I have problems closing out of any Train Simulator program. It shows up with a blank screen, and I have to Three-finger-Salute it and log out of my profile to fully close MSTS. Nothing else I do works. What's this all about?
