Odd Graphic Behavior

I was testing night scenes in the sim, when I noted the shadow of my lone locomotive got stuck on the tracks. I was running in reverse in cabview mode, and suddenly a black rectangle appeared in view (and stationary on the tracks), and I thought it looked like the shadow from the Dash-9. When I used the #2 view to confirm, it was not there (but was under the locomotive where it should be), and returning to the cabview, I didn't see hide or hair of the artifact.

Puzzled, I stopped and returned to my original starting location, reversed the locomotive again, and the black shadow reappeared in my wake, but not exactly in the same spot. I kept my eye on it, and after about 500m of travel, it vanished from view. I opened RE to surf to the area, and noticed that the affected location was fairly close to a world tile boundary - not right on top, but darn near close. I'll have to do some tests and see if this happens in daylight.

Athlon XP-2000+ Win-XP, 1GB
nVidia 6800 Ultra 256Mb - Forceware 84.2
MSTS Bin 1.6 XP
Mini Route (1 route using MLT Dash-9 replacement)
