The yard switches look like reproduction of HO scale switches (possibly a number 4 and number 6), the road bed looks like reproduction of HO scale cork. Have a digitized photos of HO track and made work in conjuction with fit world track data?

Great work although the tracks look too perfect. Add some texture too old slower lines to show warps and humps.

Thats probibly going to be left to the route builders to include those sort of details to "routes".

The track you see in this video has not yet been thru an "art pass", meaning the artists have not yet had their way with it. The visual components here are the product of the dev talent working on the underlying track network technology.

The final track version will look significantly better. The track technology will also be extremely flexible and allow you to model all sorts of switch sizes, from sharp traction turnouts all the way up to long high-speed units.

I can tell you we're not "using" model railroad track as described above, although I can see how some might assume that based on the video appearance. :-)
