Can I use Maps or Google Earth?

Is it possible to import Maps or Google map into the RS Route Editor? The reason I ask is that I want to create a route for KRS and I need some sort of guidance, working with a clean slate doesn't work so well for me, I need to know where I'm going and what goes where.

With UK version in NZ I put all the route markers in google earth and saved a KML file which I converted to CSV and made the line markers and named markers for my route. Very satisfiing tho could have done with even more markers.

Umm, could you put that with a step by step guide please?
