Started painting a WC SD40, which has a broad stripe and the road name spread across the entire body. Little beast has a split personality, which makes it difficult to divide the labeling, turns out the two halves are also misaligned vertically. So I cloned a new engine, named it "mapquest", and proceeded to paint Tigger stripes all over to see what mapped where.

Top maps to the right side behind the cab (long hood), rotated 180 degrees, so all lettering is upside down and backwards on top. Left top maps to the right rear, and any lettering or stripes need to be 9 pixels higher than the right top (right front of the long hood) to line up correctly.

Bottom left is left rear, needs to be 5 pixels higher than the bottom right. Back of the long hood wraps from the bottom left, but a stripe that wraps around from the back to the right rear (CC to CC) needs to be 439 pixels lower than the upper left (right rear) stripe.

Using PSP easiest way to do this is to use vector selections and turn on the grid and rulers, takes most of the trial and error out of the process.
