Since I just ordered KRS, was wondering if the PON will run on the US version? And just to add to the mix what will or will not run on the US version? Thanks, John

The Train-Sim downloads area includes a version of PO&N for the US issue of RS. It's a beautiful route, even though the scenery looks more like MSTS than RS. Unfortunately, there's no "Free-Roam" scenario, so users cannot make their own scenarios.
There's also a PO&N diesel available.

"Unfortunately, there's no "Free-Roam" scenario, so users cannot make their own scenarios."
Churchtown is a free roam scenario, the reason there's only one free roam scenario is because PO&N US1 was a quick and dirty conversion from PO&N 7, which was originally made on the UK version and wasn't compatible with the US version. I have three routes here in the train-sim.com file library, all three are compatible with the US version of railsim, the RSDL route is compatible either way. Anyone with the UK version of railsim needs to get the older versions from UKtrainsim that came out before the fiasco with the US version of railsim. Next version of PO&N will have all the switches in Churchtown and assorted other places fixed as well, I only recently discovered them crazy Redcoats didn't include the default track rule set with the US version of railsim. :rolleyes: Nothing to stop you from hacking the "Churchtown" scenario to pieces since that IS the free roam scenario with a different name, and you can also make your own free roam scenarios.

And make however many different ones you want;

Next version will have multiple free roam scenarios, AI traffic is a ways off cuz we still haven't sorted out the signals yet.

I'm trying to absorb as much information as possible before I get the route from Amazon. Should be here in 5 to 7 days. Thanks for responding. John
