Is there a easy to understand scenario editor tutorial for laymen (or dummies like me) I want to know some specifics as well such as how in detail to adjust fuel levels in locos/engines, etc. thanks.

Hi Tom !

There is Jim Ward's Free Roam scenarios tutorial at the top of this page and much info on the subject is spread over various threads.

At the moment there is still much to be sorted by RSDL as far as creating and editing scenarios is concerned and until most of that has been seen to there is no point creating more explicit and easy to understand tutorials !
