Any good weed killers anybody?

The animated grass and weeds give KRS its special touch. But it grows everywhere and makes the rails look very uncared for. That's of course all right on lesser used lines in shunting yards, but on mainlines it looks simply bad. There is grass without flora, but I found out that even that takes a lot of work to kill the weeds. Anybody discovered any more efficient ways?

Spray terrain paint under the track, use tarmac or concrete. Any man-made substance painted under the track will stop the grass growing there.

Or you could just use the grass without the animated part, there is one.
