This could possibly be due to the fact that it's the same railroad? Or possibly because it's on the same model? Same base textures?

Edit: Oh hey! I just noticed! It also looks really really *close* to the one in the MANUAL. Really man, lay off the guy, he repainted a caboose. Get your knickers out of a wad.
