It would be interesting if PI Engineering made a new Rail Driver that looks like the controls on a trolley or subway car.

Unfortunately P.I. Engineering does not currently have any plans to modify the RailDriver hardware, nor do we currently have any plans to create any new variations of the RailDriver.

We appreciate your suggestion, and hope that in the future you will share with us any further suggestions you may have.

...Although, a version that more closely resembles the controls of a steam locomotive would probably be very popular.

Interestingly enough, the guys at PI have indeed done a variation of the Raildriver, it is called Shipdriver, for those into watercraft, the device looks identical to RD but instead of train controls, it has an interchangeable steering wheel, and throttle and anchor up/down controls (the red and black levers)
