Jim, you may be onto something with this sim if you can import MSTS models into this. We could keep our nice MSTS models and just transfer to this. Ive been dabbling with this sim on and off and am just waiting for the right stuff to be made avalable for this sim. If models can be converted, then Im goin to this sim!

And it should get easier and less buggy as all the quirks are figured out. That's gonna take some time, I'm still trying to work out the proper way to do the cabview, this geep aliases to the default SD40 and requires copying the cabview folder from the SD40 in anyway to animate the controls and gauges.

Thanks for working with the quirks and making it a little more manageable for the less psychotic folk, won't be much longer and I'll be joining the bunch and delving into this sim as well.

" Keep doing what you do Jim." For a while, anyway. Upgrade Mark 2 better be dazzling, I think the reason more people aren't involved is because they're waiting for an actual finished SIMULATOR, which this is not, and decided it's too much effort for a pretty little train driving game. :rolleyes:
