How Do I Change Loco In Scenario?

I wanted to know how do I change the loco I use in a scenario without breaking the scenario or AI train's commands? -Chris

you can only switch to a loco in your consist and not to another one somewhere else
because our work orders are assigned to a Loco and not in general .

you can try hocking up to a different one uncoupeling and then try to drive with that one
i wouldnt know if this works

i would say try some stuff out iam doing the same beacuse i am making a scenario where i also want to swicht locos, it must be possible

I tested driving another loco in a standard scenario a while ago, which lets you couple the player loco on to another one and switching to it's cab can then drive both of them from that cab, but using in fact the controls of the player service.

Still in the coupled on to loco and then F3 uncoupling it from the player loco, neither can be driven and have to switch the cab back to the player loco in order to drive it, leaving the other loco behind, which can not coupled on to again.

Switching to more than on Service loco and drive it is only possible in Free Roam scenarios, which however can have AI trains running, but can only start them at a set time and end at a set destination.
