Radio Chatter As Sound Marker?

Im sure most of you know how to do this already but I was thinking maybe adding the radio chatter as a sound marker to be added in world editor and you could place the chatter in various points along your route like for example C&NW did with there route. I could whip something like that up if anyone is interested.

I got radio chatter in and have a clip of a sample. Once again when I go over the crossing youll hear the bell ring but no gates, this is because I have my graphics turned all the way down to use fraps. I will be getting a new card friday :) Notice in the video if you look left the audio levels between both ears and if you look straight head the audio plays in one ear ect. Its a little loud so theres your warning! I also may have my crossing bell a little too loud but this is just with my personal version and isnt the same loudness as the one I uploaded. Ill have a video of the new crossing sound on the other thread.
