Better view in the cab?

I've been somewhat frustrated by the cab view in the US Deisel engines since the view doesn't let me see any of the levers or controls or readouts below the window. Is there a way to back up the camera a bit to get that full dashboard view? I see on the RSDL site that there is a rendering of the full cab of one engine, so apparently the bits are all there to see if the view is right. Comments?

Right-click your mouse, hold the right-button down, and drag. Also, use left and right keys on the keyboard to move from one side of the cab to the other, and SHIFT + 2 for head-out view.

you can change the position in the cabview file if you want it to default to that view if you are feel like getting your hands dirty, its fairly simple :)
