Just browing through the blueprint for the ES44 ... for some reason they have graduated release set to "true" ..... Graduated release for the automatic brake should only be true on a passenger locomotive , or the locomotive brake!!

So simply change this to false... and you should be in a much better position.

more to follow...trying to add a 10psi application right now ...

Ideally it should be

Release
Minimum Reduction
10 PSI
Application (service zone)
Suppression
Extended zone Service
Handle Off
Emergency....

will post with progress

I seen two sections that had Graduated release set to true. DO I set both to false?

You only want to set the "Train Brake" AKA the automatic brake to be False, it is located in the Train Brake assembly within the Simulation blueprint

Locomotive brakes do have graduated release :)
