I have the engine BK_BR44 that has a self-installer. At one point in the installation (in the window where it shows where the file is being unpacked) it says "only browse to the highest level of your train sim". I have used the following: C:/Program Files/Microsoft Games/Trainsim/Trains/Trainset and had it unpack. Is this correct?

Your highest level would be C:/Program Files/Microsoft Games/Trainsim, or should that say Train Simulator?

Install in a temp folder so you can see in which folder you have to copy your engine.

Thank you Alan. That worked just great. It is Train Simulator, but that was easy to figure out.
Thanks Again

For the future, I'd echo what Rob says. I never install direct to my Train Simulator folders. I have a set of folders on another drive, install to them, check everything is OK, and only then move to my MSTS installation. Of course, you have to know how to check everything is OK!
