Effects of "Heller" are beginning to be felt. Gun Control advocates are powerless to do anything about it, are making a cottage industry out of crapping their pants on national TV, and in the newspaper. :D
You should read some of the email, on their email lists... :D
I'm surprised the Gun Control advocates haven't attacked Kennesaw, Georgia. I guess us rednecks scare them a little too much, although the ACLU did try but lost.
There's a law on the books in that sleepy little town that says every home owner shall own a gun. http://www.rense.com/general9/gunlaw.htm
I live in Acworth, the next town north of Kennesaw. Luckily, I own a rake. :D

Small problem for the Bradyits, if the point out the law in Kennasaw....The also need to show why it is baddddddd.......But the crime rate their is unusual low...
So they won't draw attention to it..

The Brady Law! I didn't even think of that, I wonder if it will survive the Supreme Court ruling that the Second Amendment actually means what it says...
Since it's an individual right, does the Brady law constitute prior restraint?

It would probably survive a court challenge. Their can be some restriction, just no "outright ban" on "commonly available" arms to a law abiding citizen.

Hey, Andy, how does an ACLU Lawyer count to ten?
1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10!
Check out this (http://apnews.excite.com/article/20080630/D91KMUK80.html) example of super-sonic after-the-fact liberal-knee-jerking!
