London-Port Stanley problem

Everything on the route loads and runs fine, both in Sim and AE, and RE...but the water is flashing, or pulsating!! light/dark/light/dark/ etc. at about 2 times a second..it just started doing it today. The only thing I've changed recently is adding a foghorn sound, removed it, but didn't help. I've tried changing settings in the options and everything else I could think of.. I'm totally lost on this one. Any suggestions would be appreciated

Just out of curiosity what was the problem? I am having similar problems on a couple of my routes and would be curious. Thanks

I traced it down to an animated object (airplane) that I had installed in the route several weeks ago but I guess I didn't notice the change till recently...I deleted it from the route and all is well now. don't know why this causes the effect
