The ACLU interprets the Second Amendment as a collective right. Therefore, we disagree with the Supreme Court’s decision in D.C. v. Heller.

Read the comments on their blog... :D

So, to clarify the ACLU's stance... They "dissagree" with the supreme court, so they will NOT be protecting THAT civil right.

Notice this golden comment..

So pretty much, your policy went from “we agree with the decision in US v Miller that gun ownership is not a constitutional right” to “we disagree with DC V Heller and still believe that gun ownership is not a constitutional right”, meaning that despite whatever ruling is laid down, the ACLU will be against the individual right of private gun ownership

Hey, how does an ACLU lawyer count to ten??

1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10

No surprise. Why is it so hard for people to respect the Bill of Rights in it's entirety , not just bits and pieces?

Because they are so short sighted to realize that, if they use arguments to tear down the rights, that they DON"T like...

They should not be surprised when other people use those same arguments against the REST of the Bill of Rights...After all, they themselves set the precident of "the argument" they used..

We cannot pick and chose over the Bill of Rights, like it is a cheap Chinese buffet table, it is ALL, or nothing.
