Hallo!
I downloaded all 5 parts of the route and installed it according to the readme. But every time I choose a starting point at Denver the sim crashes to a black screen. I tried to do it the other way round and started from South Platte to Denver, but at MP 3 (Denver Mills) the same happend. All the other explore rides I had so far worked fine.
What did I do wrong? Could it have something to do with the later parts of the route overwriting some activities installed with part 1?

Keep on steamin'!

Hi Dietmar

I've installed all five parts as they were released, checking after each one with Routeriter, and I don't sem to have any problems with the latest one starting from Denver or South Platte. Have you checked your route installation and the activities with Routeriter?

Hallo!
Thanks for your quick reply. I did a RR check after the installation of all 5 parts. RR corrected some sound source errors and stuck points but didn't give me any other error messages. I've only driven the route in explore mode and haven't installed any of the activities. Maybe I'll try that first, have another RR check, and if it doesn't help reinstall the route.

Hallo!
Problem solved! After I had reinstalled part 1 only I let RR check it and correct sound source errors everything went fine. But things were messed up when I let RR correct stuck points. I think it could have something to do with the three rail track in the Denver area. After reinstalling another time (this time all parts) I was able to start from Denver Union Station without any problems.

That's interesting. I've never had RR say anything about sound source errors or stuck points, but then I'm not using a recent version.

Hallo!
My version isn't the latest one either. It's 7.0.83. When I check a route, what I do every time I install one, RR asks me if I want it to correct sound source errors.

I'm still with RR version 5.2.12.

It's time you moved to a more recent version - correcting sound source errors is very helpful, as they are a well known reason for MSTS crashing.

Hello Alan:)
This route has excesses of regions of sound by this cause very low frames rates.
I am using the editor to erase undesirable post yellow
The results are satisfactory and it increases frames rates
¿¿There is some way to eliminate but fast??
¿¿To eliminate all of a single blow??
With but from 60 db to 70 db in cabin and externally over 90 db we will not be able to listen to birds
Wonderful sound of EMD to power 12000 HP or more ? :D
It is very important for my and for all
Greetings ¡¡¡
