I have a question about the route Whitefish 8, before I download it (since the read-me is not accessible without downloading it).
Does the route cover from Whitefish, MT, all the way to Athol, ID? If yes, can I remove any non-default Kootenai River routes already on my computer?
Thank you very much for your help.

Yes, it covers that entire territory.
It also covers the UP's ex-Spokane International line from Athol to the Canadian border at Eastport, and the Pend Orielle Valley shortline (ex-GN) from Sandpoint to Newport and (ex-MILW) from Newport to Metaline Falls.

You can see the readme before downloading it. Go to the file library, look for the file, then choose view option, not the download option. Then you will see a list of contents of the file, in which you can open the readme.

There is no readme listed for this route, there is only a EXE file and a JPG file listed, which I believe he already checked out, before asking for help.

Well, I downloaded, extracted, and installed the route, but while loading the route, I found out I am missing a lot of tiles, as well as some file called ACleanTrack or AClearTrack. Has anybody else encoutneresd this problem?

you have to have all 6 default routes installed and then run the supplied batch file which copies additional files from those 6 defaults over to WF8

I have all six default routes installed, and I ran the batch file.
I'll try it again, I suppose.

You may need xtracks and newroads. Check the readme. Also, download Route Riter and use it to debug the route. If I load the route and find it is missing something I have route riter check the route for missing files. It usually finds the missing files. If it doesn't then I contact the originator and ask if he has a patch. Sometimes you can substitute another file depending on whether it is a .s, .sd or .ace.
I have no error files for that route so it must have been ok loaded.
