Obviously, the grandmother and mother are the problem. If they'd been whipping his behind the whole time, he'd be better behaved, and she'd realize that she wouldn't go to jail for it.

Actually, the entire story explains everything. 'My mom this, my mom that';'In custody of his grandmother'.

Someone should call Hillary, tell her that there is at least one child who got left behind.

Yep, The grandmother, who failed, raising the mother...So, she gets another chance to fail, with the grandchild...

He'll enjoy a long life in many jails through his life.Maybe euthanizing for people wouldn't be so bad in his Case.Heck,they do it for bad dogs.I don't see very much difference here.

I see he's already chosen a prison culture for his life path. The grandma and ma should be sued repeatedly for their non-raising of the demon.

Too many enablers in his life. I say replace his food intake with sleeping darts. That should thin and weaken him some so he can be better managed. Then when he's older, shock treatment should make a veg out of him. He'd make a nice ottoman maybe in Cell 8.
