Did you install the latest drivers for the video card and run dxdiag?

you may also want to make sure you have onboard graphics turned off in the bios. Some systems will do this for you but some you have to do it manually, it may be unlikely to be the problem but it could be causing a device conflict and those beeps are codes Im pretty sure to tell you what the problem is I know with dells if you get a beep code you can look it up on there site and it will tell you what the problem is like over heating ect.

The best thing to do is to look at it one piece at a time. Right click on My Computer, go to Properties, Hardware Tab, and Device Manager button. Look for any yellow exclamation points, more than likely, you have some. Then, as someone suggested, get updated drivers, with a Radeon that old, you might want to do a websearch and find the best ones, the latest Catalyst drivers may not be the best choice.
Then, as suggested, click on Run, type in dxdiag, and run all of the tests, also, when you right click on my computer, click on properties, go to Adanced, click on Startup and Recovery, Settings, and deselect "Automatically Restart" under System Failure. This way, you can actually see the error messages, which may give you a good idea of what the heck's causing it!
Also, go to Administrative Tools in the Control Panel, look at the System and Application Logs, one of them might give you a clue.

Right click My Computer and click on Properties. Then click the Advanced tab. In the section called "Startup and Recovery" click the "Settings" button. Then uncheck the box for “Automatically Restart.”
