This was a real weakness in MSTS 1. I hope there will be people at stations Right of Ways, alongside tracks, like train freaks trying to take a pic of an on coming train. Just any kind of realistic array of people...I hope this will be included...Will it?

Isn't that a bit harsh dont you think? It's called Railfanning not train freaks. No need to knock another persons hobby just because you dont understand. Not bashing you or trying to pick a fight just enlightening you on the proper term for discribing a person in the hobby.

As for your question, I agree would be great to see sims in the new Simulator. Not just at stations , but arounds building, in vehicles, crews in the locomotives , and caboose. Sure would be neat if they could do it.

They are doing that. It says on the website and yeah I think train Freeks is a little harsh. It would be like one of us calling a classic car fan a Moterhead or Car Freek if you think of it.

Ive been called stalker freak but I cant speak about that for legal reasons. Oh theres a joke, pause for editing. Random people and freaks included are a must. Freaks as in those people who play chicken or hitting someones car because of blowing through a crossing or because of driver (engineer error) such as not blowing the horn and/or giving proper notice to an approach to a crossing. But I dont think NS or any other RR would want there trains hitting people in a simulation but it does happen (real world) ya know.

I guess what I wanted was inside confirmation on the type of population they are deciding to include...like all the above I suggested or not?

Well they will include People in cabs and passenger cars. Also people at the stations.

I am not sure but I think you will also be able to see people along the tracks taking photographs. If not in the release I am sure someone will do this as an add on.

You can define paths for people to walk along at any place in the world.

WoW!!!! Now that is what I'm talking about. :) Now I'm really looking forward to this sim....
