What's this part?

Hi,
Quick question: what's the bar (actually two bars here) outlined in red called? I just know they're part of the valve/reversing system.

(Just for clarification, does "Johnson Bar" refer only to the lever inside the cab?)

Any answers will be greatly appreciated.

That is the reach rod which connects the reversing lever with the expansion link.
