I know on the latest video from the Train show that it seems the train rocks and sways whick is really cool. Does anyone know if your locomotive will have a bouncing effect, springing up and down, as well?

Bouncing up and down would steal the fun of Train-Sim. It would get tiring, and maybe recude the fans of Train-Sim X. Why? Because you can see it but you can't feel it. I mean, like MSTS 1, the stiff motion just feels like you're behind a PC rather vs some imagination trying to mimick the motion of a real train (vehicle). Unless it's built and optimized to use a motion simulator, I see no fun in operating a train while it has motion and I can't feel it.

It should rock at most as many youtube videos, that show cab rides. That demands pretty exact physics calculations.

Rocking in the cab adds greatly to the realism of the simulation and I can tell you first hand would not defer users of the current sim. BVE has always had that feature and they've been out for years. That is one of the few areas they had MSTS beat.
Cab movement would be a great improvement to the experience and I would imagine this is pretty obtainable as it is not unprecidented. Another significant improvement, rocking cars, would greatly add to the realism of the external views but my guess is that would be far less easy to accomplish.
