The CAN'Ts will hold their annual convention in Denver next week. They last held a convention there in 1908.
They chose Denver in 1908 in symbolism of the conquest of the American West from the Native Americans.
Native Americans of the Apache Nation were hired to welcome the delegates and to bring trainloads of snow down from the mountains to pile in front of the convention center. People at the convention got into such a fierce snowball fight that Denver police had to arrest 50 of them.
At the 1908 convention, women tried to convince the party of the CAN'Ts to support women's right to vote. They said NO! African Americans tried to get the party of the CAN'Ts to officially support civil rights. They said NO!

Now, the 2008 convention is projected to nominate a person with African American for President, a person that the Main Stream Media have been worshiping for the past year. As the junior Senator from New York is not pleased about this, It should make for some interesting entertainment.
delegate selection for this convention has also been quite strange. The support by regular delegates is pledged according to the wishes of the voters in most states. They get one vote each unless they came from Michigan or Florida in which case they get to cast half a vote. Then, there are the Superdelegates. Those unelected delegates can vote for who they please. Needless to say, they are being courted, bribed, and lobbied hard by the two CAN'Ts running for President.
In order to convince the "Sheep" to support them this November, the CAN'Ts will have a parade of speeches and other events to showcase the plight of the non achievers. They will point out how unfair this country has been to them and why the government needs to tax all achievement to death in order to give it all to those non achievers.
