EA Rail Sim Game Reset

Hi in the last few times I have been noticing I have too reset Rail Sim.Either due too when I update my PC.Or sometimes when I add new add-ons too Rail Sim.What could be causing this error and how can I prevent it from happening.I have too log back into my EA account and.Then reset the game again but this dose not happen all of the time.Like I said above is when this occurs any help would be great Thanks.

OK When ever I double click the Rail Sim Icon I get a error pop up.Say the game cannot be started.Please login too EA and reset your game why I get this I do no know.Rail Sim will not run unless I log back into EA site then I can run Rail Sim again.But this only happens when ever I update my PC or if I.Install some stuff for.Rail Sim so this is the best I can do sorry if you cannot understand it.

So are you saying you have a "download" version of the game? If so, then the only verification the game can get is from the EA website when it loads.

I would just buy the game from a store and install it

I would never install a downloaded game from a web site that required the web site to authenticate the game everytime you wanted to play it

What happens when the web page, or server is down?

go to the EA site and use their support link, I found their service excellent.

As Daniel mentioned, EA support is probably your best bet, as my guess is that there's something screwy with your RS registry entry.
