Also true with Detroit, Flint, Saginaw. A failure to do something about the domestic terrorist roaming at will, setting fires, vandalizing, robbing, assaulting, and shooting. Unlike Iraq, this problem is further aggravated by a local attitude of, "I saw nuthin, I heard nuthin, I know nuthin."

I always thought Chicago should just split off from Illinois and become it's own state. For all the money Blago is sending up there, (and ignoring downstate in the process,) it doesn't seem to be helping them much.
