Hello all,
First off I must say I am not one to request anything from anybody but I figured it would be nice if the train-sim community had some modern day bus equipment such as the model shown..I have the pic's of both sides front and back plus tires..Or maybe someone can direct me to the proper avenues of people who makes 3d cars and trucks...Also the model shown is from this website http://www.turbosquid.com/3d-models/3dsmax-bus/251466

take that model (in GMAX), resize if nescesary, make all textres .ace files, then make as a .s file. bang! instant (well, not instant) bus. be sure to credit the creator if you release it.

That would be a good idea and fast but the 3d model cost $125 :eek:...

Yeah, those source file sites are good to look at, but there may be difficult getting permission.

Just one example, I'd found some late 80's Chevy Camaro's in regular gmax format, and was able to get them into the sim with a minimum of effort. But the creators of the file were unfamiliar with the MSTS .s files, and wouldn't let me share them.

Put your pictures into a safe place, and then use the tutorial on the Elvas Tower website to work through creating something with gmax. After that, you'll be almost set to work on the bus.
