Is a flagman available

I have searched the library for this with no luck. Maybe I do not have the proper search criteria.

Is there an animated flagman available anywhere? Thanks

I have created a porter with a flag in his hand and animated it. Then I created a semaphore signal with this object. The porter shows green flag only when the next signal is green.
The object works but since my route is under construction, it will come with it, I thought no one would be interested it as a separate object.
